Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

 Customer's typically receive a tracking number around 10 days after ordering your their products.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Due to the high demand of some of our product it my take up to 2-3 week for delivery

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do deliver to P.O. Boxes, however APO/FPO address my be returned as undeliverable so please use a residential address if possible.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer including but not limited to (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us now at [email protected]. Contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and take photos of the damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International rates will vary but will be at minimal an extra $10 in shipping.

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns on any custom printed items unless the item arrives damaged or is the wrong size from what you order. Cases will be reviewed as needed.
